We are not the official Hofburg Palace website
This site has no connection with the Hofburg Palace or the organisations that run it. We don’t sell tickets ourselves, and nothing here is official information. For opening times, closures and ticket rules, the official source is the Imperial Apartments, Sisi Museum and Silver Collection website. Where we mention opening hours or prices, we link to the page we checked and say when we checked it.
How we choose tours
We earn a commission when you book a tour or ticket through our links to GetYourGuide (see our affiliate disclosure). That pays for the site. It doesn’t decide what we recommend. We pick tours by looking at:
- what the tour actually includes, and whether it gets you somewhere that is hard to reach on your own
- how many people have booked it and what they say about it
- the price compared with buying entry yourself
If a ticket from the official seller is cheaper or better, we say so.
How we check facts
Every fact on a page, from opening hours to distances, comes from a source we checked: usually the official site, a tourism board or a published reference. Each page lists its sources and the date we last updated it. Prices, ratings and review counts on tour cards come from GetYourGuide and show the date they were checked. They change, so always check the live price before you book.
